At BuzzBazz, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable PS5 rental and snack delivery experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

PS5 Rental Refunds

  • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made at least 3 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

  • Partial Refund: For last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours), refunds may be issued after deducting logistics or setup costs.

  • Equipment Issues: If you receive faulty or non-functional equipment, we’ll replace it promptly or issue a full refund.

  • Early Termination: If you end your rental session early due to valid issues (connectivity, hardware fault, etc.), we may offer a partial refund or credit.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If equipment is damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

  • Missed bookings where no prior notice was given.

  • Change of mind after setup is complete.

🍟 Snacks & Consumables

  • All food items once delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:

    • The item is damaged or expired upon delivery.

    • The wrong item was delivered.

In such cases, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with a photo as proof, and we’ll process a refund or replacement.
