By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any booking or order.

You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment or place an order on BuzzBazz. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All PS5 bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our website.
Minimum booking duration: 1 hour.
Rental charges: ₹200 per hour (excluding snacks or add-ons).
A valid ID proof may be required at the time of delivery or pickup.

The PS5 is to be used responsibly and returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Damage, misuse, or loss will result in additional charges based on the extent of the damage.
Any technical issues must be reported immediately to our support team.

Snack availability may vary based on inventory and location.
All food items are freshly packed and delivered with care.
Once an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible if already dispatched.

All bookings and orders must be prepaid via the payment options provided on the site.
In case of booking extensions, additional charges will apply and must be cleared before continuation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations are allowed only if made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
A full refund will be issued for eligible cancellations.
No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Delivery and pickup are only available within specified zones in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh.
A delivery fee may apply depending on your location.
